Being and Becoming’s Philosophy Festival Week

PAST EVENT: From Tue, Nov. 19 - Sat, Nov. 23, 2024: Being and Becoming, with support from Public Philosophy Network, celebrates World Philosophy Day (November 21) with a week-long philosophy festival at various locations around Toronto, featuring workshops on different methods of inquiry and dialogue. The festival’s closing social event includes interactive programming centred on collaborative exploration and curiosity. All ages.

Poe Cemetery Tour & “Poe, Revolution & Lafayette” Exhibit

From Tue, Oct. 1 – Fri, Oct. 11, 2024: Join Poe Baltimore for a cemetery tour & exhibit that will transport you through pivotal moments in American history, coinciding with the International Edgar Allan Poe Festival. Visit Edgar Allan Poe's grave & monument & experience a historical exhibit.

The Green Line: Community Newsroom at Alexandra Park
