Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with this Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
YW reserves the right to change its return policy at any time.
If you receive a defective item or in case of quality issues or shipping errors, please email us within 30 days of the delivery date of your order with details about the problem. Please include a photograph, the original order number, your name and email address. You can send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then – depending on the circumstances – either dispatch a replacement item to you, issue a refund or issue a store credit. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of your request, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within 1 week whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. We do not charge any fees for such reimbursement.
Wrong item or not satisfied with order
You can cancel an existing order for any reason up until the point where you have received a shipping confirmation email from us. In order to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and name. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order to issue the refund. We do not charge any fees for such reimbursement.
In the case you have already received your order and are not happy with it, please let us know in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the delivery date of your order to obtain a return authorization number. In order to initiate a refund, we will need your order number, name and email address. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We will refund the original order amount minus the shipping fees of the original order if all products are returned to us in the same condition as you received them. Upon receipt of the returned product in new condition, we will fully examine it and notify you via email about the refund within 1-2 weeks. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs of the original order.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or order confirmation. We do not cover the return shipping costs and are not responsible for lost mail of returned goods. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to of mailed goods during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them, or which show signs of wear and tear simply beyond opening the original packaging, will not be refunded. When returning items, please include your receipt, all product instructions, documents and original product packaging and wrappings.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products in new condition. We will use the same means of payment which you used for the order. We do not charge any fees for such reimbursement.
Items which cannot be returned
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Some items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Digital downloads in PDF format.
- Digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged your loss of cancellation right.
- Goods marked as “On Sale”.
Returns for orders fulfilled by Product Vendors or Drop-ship Suppliers
The above return policy also applies to products sold on Young W by Product Vendors and to orders fulfilled by Drop-ship Suppliers. For any return inquiries for orders on Young W, please contact email@example.com according to the instructions on this page. We may share details about your order and your return inquiry with Product Vendors and/or Drop-ship Suppliers in order to process your return.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Errors in the description or prices for our products
- Errors in your order
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
