One Golden Petal prize voucher is included in each physical mailing of the Musings by YW newsletter. There is one physical mailing of the newsletter approximately every two months. Golden Petal recipients are chosen randomly by a random number generator. No purchase is necessary to sign up for the physical mailing of the newsletter. Approximate value of prizes: a Golden Petal prize voucher entitles the recipient to a coupon code in the form of a Young W store credit. Store credit amounts are written on the Golden Petal prize voucher and vary by month, ranging from CAD $25.00 to CAD $100.00. The store credit can only be used on www.youngw.ca. Entering into the contest requires signing up for Musings by YW with a mailing address. Mailing addresses can be located anywhere in the world. However, the Young W store credit can only be used for orders with shipping addresses in countries listed on our Shipping page. Chances of winning will decrease as more readers sign up for Musings by YW and are currently one in fifty. Employees, family members and household members of YW employees are not eligible to receive the Golden Petal prize voucher. The recipient of the Golden Petal must notify Young W via email at info@youngw.ca about having received a Golden Petal prize voucher in their physical newsletter mailing. A photograph of the Golden Petal itself is required as proof. The recipient will be asked a math skill-testing question. Upon providing the correct answer via email, the recipient will receive a coupon code in the amount specified on the Golden Petal prize voucher within 2 business days.
