This greeting card features six random objects chosen by D. Briker, the artist who painted the artworks in the Objects of Little Importance series. He chose these objects from the home or studio space of fellow artists and creative people in the Vancouver area such as Saya Oiwa. From the description by Saya Oiwa, these objects of little importance are:

  • Shitty glue I bought when I first came to Canada
  • A tiny stuffed rabbit I gave to my grandma before she died (I put it in her hand when she was cremated, and I bought the same one a couple of days after her cremation)
  • A Black shoe that David always made fun of without knowing his friend designed it
  • I drink La Croix to stay fit
  • Red nail polish always looks pretty on a hand model
  • Inexpensive pair of chopsticks, tools to survive but I have no attachment to that pair
